Chamonix Holidays - Luxury Apartment Availability and Rates

A £200 deposit is required to secure the booking (VISA payments accepted via Paypal though there is a 3% surcharge) wihh the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday date. We ask for a deposit of 250 euro or £200 payable in cash on arrival, this will be fully refunded provided that nothing is damaged, broken or lost and that no special cleaning is required.

Bookings are preferably taken from Saturday to Saturday although we are flexible on this. Minimum booking is 4 nights (in which case each night is charged at 1/6th of the weeks rate). Please call 07703 598225 or email keelytom@googlemail.com for any enquiries. 10% off for a two week booking

Clean linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Unless by prior arrangement, arrival is no earlier than 4pm with departure by 10am. Bookings can also be made in Euros for your convenience and according to the exchange rate at the time of booking.

Booking Conditions

Please ensure you read and understand the following booking conditions

1. Making your booking
1.1 You can make your booking by telephone or by e-mail.
1.2 We require the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of one person to be your party leader.
1.3 All correspondence regarding your booking will then be directed to the party leader.
1.4 The party leader will make the booking and guarantee payment to us of the total cost of the accommodation on behalf and with the consent of all others for whom the booking is completed.

2. Payment
2.1. A non-refundable deposit payment of £200 is required with your booking.
2.2. Upon receipt of your deposit cheque we shall confirm your booking in writing to the party leader.
2.3. We must receive the any outstanding balancing rental payment at least 8 weeks prior to your departure date:
2.3.1. A security deposit in cash for the sum of 250 euro or UK£200 must be paid upon arrival and meeting with Chez Vous our local agent to cover damage to the apartment / furnishings and assuming no special cleaning is required. This shall be shall be refunded to you following satisfactory inspection again by our local agents upon departure.
2.5. If we do not receive the deposit or balance by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges as described in section 4 below.

3. The Price
3.1. The price applicable to your booking varies according to the dates you wish to occupy the apartment. Current prices are set out on the "Pricing" page of our web site.
3.2. Prices are quoted on a per week (Saturday to Saturday) basis for rental of the apartment. Other rental start days, longer rental periods and weekends may be arranged upon request.
3.3. Prices are inclusive of all water, electricity, bed linen and end of stay cleaning.
3.4. The apartment sleeps a maximum of six persons. We reserve the right to charge additional rental if this maximum occupancy is exceeded.

4. Changes to or cancellation of your booking
4.1. Should you wish to change your booking please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
4.2. Should you wish to cancel your booking please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations depending upon when we receive your notification as follows:

4.3. Should we have to cancel your booking we will return all monies and deposit to you (unless cancellation is due to you failing to pay your final balance).
4.4. We reserve the right in our discretion to terminate your rental should we consider any behaviour is likely to cause damage to our property or endanger or significantly annoy other neighbouring occupants of the residence.

5. Your responsibilities
5.1. Please have due consideration for other occupants of the residence. This includes (without limitation):
5.1.1. No smoking in the apartment or communal areas of the residence
5.1.2. No pets in the apartment at any time
5.1.3. Keep noise to a level that would not be audible to other neighbouring residents.


6. Problems during your stay
6.1. If you experience any difficulty during your stay:
6.1.1. in the first instance, please contact our local agent Chez Vous as soon as possible who shall try to remedy your problem for you; or
6.1.2. if your problem cannot be resolved locally then please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we shall endeavour to take such steps as are reasonably necessary to remedy the problem.
6.1.3. If you remain dissatisfied then please contact us by e-mail within 28 days of your return giving full details of your problem.

7. Our liability
7.1. We shall ensure that the accommodation is provided to a reasonable standard for the duration of your stay.
7.2. Nothing in this clause shall limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7.3. We shall not be responsible for any death or personal injury, damage, loss (such as loss of enjoyment), expense, cost or other sum or claim which results from any of the following:
7.3.1. the act(s) or omission(s) of the person(s) affected;
7.3.2. those of a third party not connected with the service we provide and which are unforeseen or unavoidable; or
7.3.3. an event which we could not have foreseen or avoided.
7.4. Our liability is limited to twice the amount you have paid to us for the rental of the property.
7.5. We cannot be responsible for cancellation or curtailment caused be reason of war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions and similar events that are beyond our control.
7.6 We cannot be responsible for any additional services/products which you may chose to purchase from our local agent Chez Vous.

8. Insurances
8.1. We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. It is your responsibility to purchase adequate insurance cover for the needs of you and your party.
8.2. If you participate in any sports during your stay (such as skiing, snow boarding, mountaineering, mountain biking etc) you do so at your own choice and liability. Check your insurance policy for details of cover.

9. Privacy
9.1. In order to action your booking we need to take certain personal details from you usually your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
9.2. We may need to pass your details to our local agent or other persons to allow us to provide the services you have requested.
9.3. Apart from the exceptions set out in clause 9.2 above, we shall keep all your personal details confidential.
9.4. We may from time to time contact you with information about accommodation offers. If you do not wish to receive such information please contact us.
